KEFTEDES AT KOUZINA ESTIATORIO IN DEDHAM, MA

One of my favorite meals in all of New England is the keftedes meal at Kouzina Estiatorio, a Greek restaurant in Dedham, Mass. Keftedes are Greek meatballs made of lamb and mixed with onions. Squeeze a little lemon on top of these flavorful, juicy meatballs and you're in business. They are served with tzatziki sauce, which I also like to spread on top of the keftedes. The meal comes with two sides. I usually go for the rice pilaf and Greek salad. They always include their crunchy and flavorful pita bread on the side. It's the best pita I've had. RUN to this restaurant and try this perfect dish!
